Which countries do you currently sell to?
Currently, I sells items to the United States, Canada, Japan, and Australia. Customers in other countries may purchase items from Teachers Pay Teachers.
Where can I purchase Music City Counselor Products?
My materials are sold at Teachers Pay Teachers and right here on my shop. Each product listed on these sites, as well as its price, are identical. However, sale prices may fluctuate from location to location due to sales created by the individual sites (i.e. Teachers Pay Teachers site-wide sales, or Music City Counselor site-wide sales).
How does your rewards points system work?
I’ve created a simple point system for giving back to loyal customers!
- For every $1 (US dollar) you spend, you earn 1 point!
- 20Β points can be redeemed for $1Β (US dollar) on a future purchase!
- If you love the resource, please leave a review. It will earn you 5Β points!
- Points can be viewed under My Account.

Can I share my purchases with other educators?
Yes, and no!
Yes, you ARE allowed to share your purchases with other educators within your school building.
No, you are NOT allowed to share your purchases with other educators outside of your school building.
It is a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to share these resources with others via email or posting online.
Payment
What form of payment do you accept?
I accept most major credit cards via PayPal and Stripe payments. I do NOT accept personal checks or money orders.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of my resources, I am not able to offer refunds. But, I want all of my buyers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases, so please contact me at [email protected] with your questions, suggestions, or concerns. I am here to help!
Digital Purchases
How do I access my digital items?
There are two ways to get to your purchased downloads:
- An automatic email with the download link is generated every time you make a purchase so check your inbox and spam/junk box then click on the link in the email.
- Log in to your account and you will find a list of your purchases, which you can download at any time onto any of your devices.
My Download has a File-Path Error and won’t open!
This problem seems to be a character length problem when files are in the Downloads folder on a PC.
The Downloads folder is buried so deep on the computer that it causes issues.
Try downloading what you need to My Documents instead of Downloads and see if that helps!!
