Description
This interactive activity teaches students to identify their anger triggers. Understanding the “why” and the “when” is a critical step in helping students understand, manage, and cope with anger!
✨ Here’s how it works:
- Students learn how to use an Anger Scale and the definition of anger triggers.
- Students review 30 anger triggers cards and decide if the situation would make them feel “calm,” “frustrated,” or “out of control.” Then, students place the card on the label that corresponds with how they would feel.
- Finally, students choose 6 of the anger triggers that upset them the most and place them on the “My Top Six Anger Triggers” page.
