Description
This body mapping exercise teaches students of all ages to identify the physical signs of anger in their bodies.
✅ This activity is perfect for individual counseling, small group counseling, and centers. It can also be used in large groups/classrooms.
⭐ To play, students choose a metaphor card that explains how anger feels in their body. Then, they place the card on the part of the body on the printed body cut-out where they most experience that feeling.
⚡ For example, they may place the drum beating fast on the chest, the knot on the stomach, the spark zapping on the hand, and the speedometer reading 100 mph on the brain.
