Coping Skills Activity

Description

This interactive activity teaches students 24 coping skills. Students explore, practice, and discover their favorite coping strategies that are most helpful to them.

✨ Here’s how it works:

1. Students learn the definition of coping skills and practice 24 strategies.
2. Students review each coping skill and decide if they “love it!” “like it,” or it’s “not my fav.” Then, students sort the coping skills cards into 3 piles on corresponding labels that match their preferences.
3. Finally, students choose 6 of the coping skills that help them the most/are their favorites, and place them on the “My Top Six Coping Skills ” page.
