This lesson presented goal-setting and new year's resolutions in an age-appropriate manner, where students were able to develop goals, etc. within the limits of what they felt were achievable and realistic. We were able to revisit goals that were set throughout our visits during the 2nd semester to determine whether students were still working towards meeting their goal, still sticking to their new year's resolution, or had achieved their goal or not."
