Description
This lesson teaches PreK, Kindergarten, and 1st graders all about mindfulness. Students learn the definition of mindfulness and 3 ways to practice it: grounding, visualization, and yoga. This lesson is super experiential, hands-on, and movement-based to engage our little learners!
